This policy explains how HKS & Associates ("we") collects and uses personal data through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, the service you are asking about, the type of client you are, your message and how you would like us to reply. We also record the page you sent it from, the website or campaign that brought you here, the date and time, and your IP address.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp, as you chose.
- To keep a record of enquiries and follow up on them.
- To prevent spam and misuse of the form.
We use this data only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are saved on our web server and in a Google Sheet that only our firm can access. Google may process this data on our behalf under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a client and the law requires us to keep records of the work.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@hksandassociates.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. It stores two small items in your browser: whether you accepted the disclaimer, and the campaign that brought you to the site during your visit.
